This cooling and hydrating tea features flowers and herbs that are anti inflammatory, antioxidant rich, nourishing and calming to the nervous system. Flavorful and colorful, this tea is a beautiful summertime refresher, hot or cold.

Directions: steep 1 TBS in 8-12oz of boiling water for 10-15min. For a larger batch, we recommend 3TBS in a quart size jar. Watch as the chrysanthemum blossoms bloom and the tea turns rosy! Steep until desired or until cooled for an iced tea. Add a little lemonade to your steeped tea and put in the freezer for a delicious herbal popsicle :)
