A traditional Ayurvedic rejuvenating tonic

Ratio 1 cup milk = 1/2 TSP of powder.

Directions: Heat milk over med heat, add herbs, stir well. Be careful not to over heat milk, stir continuously. Remove from heat. Can add ghee, rose, jam, honey or maple syrup to taste. Drink warm and enjoy!

Organic Indredients: Turmeric, Ashwaganda, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Balck Pepper
