Golden Hour Sitz Bath, afterbirth perineal care

A sitz bath is a warm shallow bath that can help with pain, swelling, irritation and inflammation. It supports the health of your perineum and recovery post vaginal birth or surgery.

Directions: add 1/2 cup of herbs to 1 quart of boiling water and let simmer for 10-15 min. Strain herbs and add remaining liquid to warm water in your sitz bath tub or let cool and put in a squeeze bottle to rinse after each visit to the bathroom.

Organic Ingredients: Uva Ursi leaf, Yarrow flowers, Comfrey leaf, Witch Hazel leaf, Motherwort leaf, Rose petals, Calendula flowers, Sage leaf.
